In these virtual group sessions, we will work on pole fitness fundamentals. We will begin with a warm-up. Go over conditioning on and off the pole, hand placement on the pole, and beginner friendly poses. I will also review moves and techniques while providing feedback. The final moments of class will conclude with a cool down.
During this virtual group session, we will practice workout and conditioning techniques that will build the strength needed for pole. This session is ideal for those of us who have not yet purchased our own pole, or just want to prepare our body for the next step to start pole dancing without incorporating a pole just quite yet.
